In The Community

Caring Paws is proud to support Suncoast Animal League - a local no kill, no time limit 501c rescue agency helping both domestic animals and wildlife.

We are the proud sponsor of the "Running of the Wieners" during Suncoast’s annual Dogtoberfest event, held each November at Highlander Park in Dunedin.
Dr. Danielson also volunteers his time on multiple occasions throughout the year examining and treating rescued dogs and cats on behalf of the organization. He and his family have fostered many cats, dogs, puppies and kittens for Suncoast – as a matter of fact several of his personal pets are "foster failures."
You can learn more about Suncoast Animal League by visiting them on Facebook.

Supporting Local Education

At Caring Paws Animal Hospital, we care about our community and its future. We proudly support local schools such as Skybrooke K-8, Bexley Elementary, and Odessa Elementary by offering students insight into animal care and inspiring a love for learning.

“We followed Dr. Danielson here. He's just that good. He listens, he's amazing at troubleshooting, and he adores animals. His staff is top notch too. Finally, although I have a dog, I have heard that Dr. Danielson will try to help just about any kind of an animal who is in need if he can. That speaks volumes.”

“Dr. Danielson is fantastic! Where do I start? Hands down the best vet in the Tampa area! He's extremely empathetic and you can tell he truly cares about the animals he sees. He is also very good about figuring out the root cause of problems, not just treating symptoms. He fit us in on a day he was fully booked when we had an injured chicken. I also like that it's a small practice with just one vet. I won't take my pets anywhere else from now on!”

“Dr. Danielson is more like a kindly pediatrician than a veterinarian to my four-legged "children", as he calls all his patients. When my "babies" are sick and can't tell us what hurts, his calm, caring manner and thorough pursuit of a correct diagnosis has always put me at ease.”
— Iris St. Petersburg, FL
