Dr. David Danielson has been practicing small animal and exotic veterinary medicine in the Tampa Bay area since 1994. He has enjoyed meaningful relationships with multiple generations of pet families, and cares for all pets as though they are his own. Our roots in the community run deep, and we couldn't be prouder of our longstanding association with Suncoast Animal League, a no-kill, no-time-limit animal rescue agency in Palm Harbor that has amassed global support on social media for its heroic, life-saving efforts.

Dr. Danielson has developed a reputation for solving complex, difficult to diagnose cases by digging deeper to reveal sometimes less-than-obvious clues to the source of a pet's distress. He likens his approach to that of a detective, sorting through clues and leaving no stone unturned until a resolution is achieved.

Caring Paws Animal Hospital is a family-owned practice whose mission is to deliver progressive and personalized veterinary care to families with cats, dogs, and exotic pets. We also place a high priority on ensuring our pet parents are well educated and highly informed on all aspects of their pet's health.
